Call the IBS office for assistance in making your air arrangements, or plan to arrange your own air travel. As a bonus, by purchasing your airline ticket through IBS on the group travel dates, you will be met by an IBS Seminar Leader who will provide your transfer to the Prague hotel as well as your return from the Budapest hotel to the Budapest airport.
Included in the seminar:
- Academic visits, sightseeing and excursions as outlined above
- First class shared twin bedded hotel accommodations with private facilities (Single room option may be available with supplemental cost)
- Breakfast daily
- Farewell dinner cruise in Budapest
- Subway/ metro passes as needed
- City to city transportation overseas aboard deluxe motor coach or train
- Limited travel insurance
*A reduced cost for a guest sharing a room with the student is available. Academic sessions not included.
