All the hotels that will be used by International Business Seminars are classified as first-class hotels and are centrally located for ease of moving about the city.  The rooms of all the hotels will have individual baths, TV and telephones.  Most of the rooms we reserve will have twin size beds.  In order for everyone to meet and become acquainted with the others on the seminar, IBS assigns two people of the same gender to a room.  At each new location a change will be made in roommates.

For safety reasons, no one is allowed to enter your room who is not affiliated with the IBS seminar or the hotel staff. This includes, but is not limited to, persons you may meet during your free time day or night.
